海岸带可持续发展的系统综合管理模式初探

A System Colligation Management Mode for Sustainable Developing of Coastal Zone

海岸带（ＣｏａｓｔａｌＺｏｎｅ）作为一个调整运行的开放的生态系统，由于其所具有的突出的经济优势和区位优势，所以它的规划和管理，正成为近年来研究的热点。本文在简要讨论了海岸带及其资源可持续开发利用的基础上，提出了海岸带管理的整合模式——系统综合管理模式，并详细分析了海岸带系统综合管理模式的内容和方法。

Coastal Zone,as an opening ecosystem with outstanding economic and location superiority,its planning and management is becoming a hot point of study.In this article,study is concentrated on the management mode of coastal zone.On the basis of discussing the sustainable exploitation of coastal zone and its resource,an integration mode of coastal management is put forward—that is System Colligation Management Mode(SCMM).Furthermore,the content and method of SCMM is discussed in detail.
