磨牙髓室底穿孔修复的临床探讨

摘要 磨牙髓室底穿孔是指由於龋坏、病理性吸收或牙髓治疗时意外等原因造成的髓腔和牙用组成连通,临床上由於牙体破坏较大、常伴有穿孔区牙周组织炎症和破坏,而又缺乏理想的修复方法和修复材料,患牙常被拔除。作为盖髓剂,临床应用较为普遍,近年来不少学者又将氢氧化钙应用于根管治疗,其疗效也得到肯定,本研究采用氢氧化钙碘仿剂(CH1)修复髓室底穿孔,定期复查,摄牙片,观察临床效果,为临床治疗提供依据。 Perforations of pulp floor with grinding of teeth refers to the connection of pith cavity and the tissue around the teeth which is caused by teeth going bad, pathological absorption or the accident while treating the teeth pith. Because of the great damage to teeth and tissue around the teeth and lack of effective repairing methods and materials, the bad tooth is often removed. Recently, calcium hydroxide is in wide use and its effect is noticable. This paper researches on repairing perforations of pulp floor with grinding of teeth by CHI and aims to offer some evidence for clinical treatment.
