近年来，我们高度关注于患者权利的维护，却忽视了同样需要保护的另外一种权利——护士的职场性权利。文章通过考察护士遭受性骚扰的来源和性骚扰方式，思考并分析其受骚扰原因，最后提出切实可行的应对性骚扰的措施，使护士能够避免遭受性骚扰。

In recent years, we focus highly on safeguarding the rights of patients while neglecting an- other right that also needs protection-nurses＇ rights to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace. This paper explores the sources and ways of sexual harassments to nurses, analyses the corresponding causes, and finally puts forward some practical countermeasures for nurses to pretect themselves.
