摘要 目的研究双嘧达莫缓释微丸的处方工艺及其对体外释放度的影响。方法采用底喷流化床包衣,将水性双嘧达莫混悬液喷于空白丸芯制成含药微丸;通过正交试验优选缓释衣层处方组成,并对最佳处方进行验证试验。结果苏丽丝(Surelease)为主要影响药物释放因素,缓释衣层最佳处方为A_2B_2C_1,该缓释胶囊的体外释药行为符合Higuchi方程,r=0.9973。结论产品质量稳定,工艺简单可靠,可用于大生产。 Objective To Study the sustained-release capsules preparations of dipyridamol and its effects on in-vitro release. Methods The micro pills was prepared by spraying hydrophilic suspensions of dipyridamol on blank pills from the bottom of fluid bed. Orthogonal test was used to optimize the preparations. Results Surelease was the major factors on the release and the optimized coatings were A2B2C1 .The release rate was fixed to Higuchi equation, r=0.9973. Conlusion The preparation process is reliable and stable.
