摘要
学校教育应注重以人为本,尊重差异,重视求异思维,同时,又不偏离社会价值观。因此在课堂教学中教师应该因势利导,既尊重学生个性又注意价值取向。
School education should pay great attention to the differences of the students. Therefore the teacher should adroitly guide students' action according to circumstances in the classroom instruction, respecting the students' individuality as well as not deviate value orientation.
