现代社会区别于传统社会的一个重要特征就是其生活的社会公共化和制度化程度日趋强化。或者说,它的生存和发展越来越依赖于社会制度资源的供应。社会制度的基本价值目标应有利于全体(或大多数)社会成员的幸福、自由和全面发展。社会正义的现实根基是关照弱势群体,因为社会的发展涵盖了每个人的发展。

The critical characteristic of mordern society compared with ancient one is the degree of social life＇ commonality and institutionalization consolidating gradually. In a certain sense, its subsistence and development depend on the supply of social system sources more and more. The basic worthy aim of social system should be favourable to all people＇ or most people＇s happyness, freedom and all-round development. The actual foundation of social justice is to compensate for the underprivileged groups, for social developments covers everyone＇ development.
