摘要 在正交试验确定的相对最佳操作条件的基础上,对MSBR除磷影响因素进行了试验研究,结果表明:在本试验选定的因素中,进水COD/P为主要影响因素,对系统除磷影响的主次顺序为COD/P>MLSS>R>COD/N;工艺要求COD/P>100,但是过高的COD/P也会导致PAOs(聚磷菌)与GAOs(聚糖菌)竞争对有机底物的竞争,致使TP去除率下降;随进水COD/N增加,出水TP浓度有缓慢下降的趋势,在COD/N>7时系统除磷效果较好;出水TP随R的增大表现为先降后升的趋势,在R为0.5时系统除磷效果最好;进水COD浓度越高除磷效果越好。 Based on relatively optimum operating condition that get from orthogonal experiment, the paper analyzes primary factors that influence the removal of phosphorus in 6 - tank process of MSBR. The experimental results show that the sequence of the factors that affect phosphorus removal is: COD/P 〉 MLSS 〉 R 〉 COD/N, and the COD/P is the main factor; the process require the COD/P 〉 100, but high number will beget the competition of PAOs and GAOs, the result of that is deteriorated p - removal. The outlet phosphorus concentration gets down slowly when the inlet COD/N increase. The better P - removal appear at COD/N 〉 7; the best phosphorus removal appear when the R is 0.6 ; the more inlet COD, the better phosphorus removal.
