Knowledge capitalization has undergone various development stages ranging from the independent economic movement evolved from knowledge-based production, the launch of industrial laboratories and the constant development of industrial R＆D to the globalization of multinational companies＇ R＆D activities and the global flow and allocation of knowledge resources.
