股骨干骨折并发脑脂肪栓塞的临床诊治研究

Clinical Study of Femural Shaft Fractures Complicated with Brain-type Fat Embolism Syndrome

目的：探讨股骨干骨折并发脑型脂肪栓塞的预防、诊断及治疗措施。方法 回顾分析8例股骨干骨折并发脑型脂肪栓塞的诊治经过,重点讨论对脑型脂肪栓塞的早期诊断及防治措施。结果本组8例中的7例经过综合治疗3天-12天内清醒,神经功能缺失症状于1个月内恢复。1例合并肺脂肪栓塞者死亡。结论早期诊断,采取呼吸支持、激素为主的综合治疗是成功的关键。

Objective： To study the precaution,diagnosis and therapy of femural shaft fractures with brain-type fat embolism syndrome. Methods We reviewed eight cases of brain-type fat embolism syndrome after femural shaft fractures and analyzed the diagnosis ,and explored early diagnosis, precaution and therapy. Results： Seven cases recovered from unconsciousness in 3 to 12 days with comprehensive therapy and neural function deficiency in 1 month. One case complicated with lung-type fat embolism syndrome died. Conclusion： To early diagnose,take respiratory support and hormone-based comprehensive therapy is the key point of success.
