摘要
目的：分析骶管冲击疗法对腰椎管狭窄症的疗效。方法：采用骶管冲击疗法治疗腰椎管狭窄症279例。结果：经3月-7月随访,本组病例优149例,良89例,可35例,差6例,优良率85.3%,总有效率97.8%。结论：本疗法对腰椎管狭窄患者有显著疗效。
Objective： To study the outcome in treatment of lumbar spinal canal stenosis with sacral injection. Methods： We Treated 279 cases of lumbar spinal canal stenosis with sacral injection, followed them up. Results： All cases were followed up for average 5 months（3-7 rnonths）. The excellent and good rate was 85.3%. The effective rate was 97.8%. Conclusion：Treatment of sacral injection might have a good effect for lumbar spinal canal stenosis.
