Clavicular Hook Plate for Distal Clavicle Fractures and Experience

目的：探讨应用锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折的方法。方法：分析2005年1月-2007年5月应用锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折9例的疗效。结果：全部获得良好的复位和固定,且患者的肩关节在术后2周平均屈曲90°,外展90°。术后X线复查复位率达100%。内固定物取出后肩关节功能均未受影响。结论：锁骨钩钢板是治疗锁骨远端骨折的一种理想的方法。

Objective. To analyze the effect of clavicular hook plate （CHP）in treating fractures of the distal clavicle. Methods. From January 2005 to May 2007,9 cases with distal clavicle fractures were treated using CHP and its effect evaluated . Results： All patients got good reduction and fixation and 2 weeks after operation they obtained satisfactory motion with average 90 degrees of flexion and 90 degrees of abduction. The X-ray showed good reduction in All patients. No re-fracture occurred after removal of implants with 100% of joint function recovery . Conclusions CHP might be a reliable way for distal clavicle fractures.
