摘要
目的：探讨中西医结合的方法治疗大面积感染性创口。方法：早期全身治疗与局部治疗相结合的方法,局部治疗：清除坏死组织异物,引流不畅者,拆线引流或切开排脓;中期创面外用生肌玉红膏涂布,软组织缺损较大的行转移肌皮瓣添充。结果：参考《中医病症疗效诊断标准》结合我院临床实际制定。本组40例中,32例痊愈占80%;显效4例,占10%;好转2例,占5%;无效中转植肌皮瓣2例,占5%,总有效滤95%。痊愈患者中愈合时间最长的8周,最短的15天。平均1周-6周。结论：中西医结合,分期分治的治疗方法,对于缩短病程、减少患者痛苦、降低肢体伤残率、减轻患者的经济负担有着明显的实际意义。
Objective,To evaluae the effects of therapy of infected wound combined with traditional medicine. Methods：General therapy combined with local herb according different stage. Shengji herbs was apply to wound after debridement. Large soft tissue defect was threated with transplant of skin flap. Results： 40 patients were followed up 6 week. 32cases were fully recover,4 excellence, 2 improvd,and 2 transplant of skin flap. Conclusions：Therapy combined with traditional medieine according to different stage might show promising results in infected wound.
