我院74例药物不良反应报告分析

Analysis on Monitoring Reports of 74 cases Adverse Drug Reactions in Our Hospital

目的:了解我院药物不良反应的发生情况和原因,为临床合理用药和药物安全性评价提供依据。方法:对收集的74例不良反应报告进行统计分析及评价。结果:不良反应累及皮肤损害、心血管系统损害、神经系统损害、胃肠系统损害等。抗感染药物、中药、解热镇痛药物、免疫调节剂等不良反应发生率较高。结论:应加强药物不良反应监测和宣传。

Objective：To review the occurrence of adverse drug reactions（ADR） in our hospital and its relevant factors. Methods：The reports on 74 case of ADR collected by ADR monitoring group of our hospital were counted,classified and analyzed. Resalts：Among the 74 cases, the allergic reactions dominated. The following was cardiovascular and nervous adverse reaction. Antibiotic was the first factor causing ADR and the next one was Chinese drug. Conclusions：ADR monitoring must be strengthened and knowledge of ADR must be publicized.
