This study is to determine analgesic effects and adverse reactions of different analgesic drags intravenously after cerebral palsy orthopedic surgery in children ,we found combination using of fentanyl with tramadol intravenously after cerebral palsy orthopedic surgery in children is a simple, safe, possible way for postoperative analgesia in children.
