消痹壮骨止痛丸治疗风寒湿痹证临床观察

Observation on Clinical Efficacy of Xiaobizhuangguzhitong Pill Syndrome Induced by Wind,Cold and Dampness

目的观察消痹壮骨止痛丸治疗风寒湿痹证临床疗效。方法将300例风寒湿痹患者随机分为两组,治疗组180例采用消痹壮骨止痛丸治疗,对照组120例运用青霉素点滴等治疗,观察治疗前后症状改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率95.00%;对照组总有效率73.30%。结论中药"消痹壮骨止痛丸"治疗风寒湿痹证效果令人满意。

Objective To research the clinical efficacy of Xiaobizhuangguzhitong Pill on treament of Bi syndrome induced by wind, cold and dampness. Methods 300 Cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group at the ratio of 3 ： 2. The treatment group was given Xiaobizhuangguzhitong Pill and the control was given penicillin spot PCN. The symptoms and experiment indexes were observed. Results The total effective rate was 95.0% in the treatment group and 73.3% in the control. Conclusion Xiaobizhuangguzhitong Pill with rigorous compatibility,was a good and safe curative agent to treat the Bi syndrome induced by wind, cold and dampness.
