摘要
本文应用ANSYS结构分析软件,对某4110型柴油机活塞进行了有限元计算,求得活塞温度场和应力场;有限元分析结果经FE-SAFE疲劳分析软件处理得到活塞的疲劳循环次数和安全系数,用以指导活塞的结构改进设计。
The ANSYS software is used in the Paper to make Finite Element Analysis(FEA) for piston used in 4110 model diesel engine. After temperature field and heat stress distribution is obtained, the results are input into FE - SAFE software to get fatigue life and fatigue factor. The results give a guide for design improvement of piston structure.
