胆红素神经毒性及其分子机制研究进展 被引量:5

Progress in bilirubin-induced neurotoxicity and its molecular mechanisms

摘要 近年来胆红素神经毒性及其分子机制再次引起研究者的重视。部分学者提出,轻度升高的游离胆红素可通过直接与细胞膜作用发挥神经毒性。实验发现,较低浓度胆红素可能通过内源性凋亡途径诱导神经系统细胞凋亡。除已被广泛接受的影响能量代谢等分子机制外,目前研究还提示,胆红素可通过促使谷氨酸在细胞外累积,促使线粒体释放细胞色素C,影响炎性介质分泌,产生大量NO发挥神经毒性;而血脑屏障、细胞膜可能以转运蛋白主动外泵胆红素的方式对抗其神经毒性。
