Proress in cognitive function in children with epilepsy
摘要
既往主要从生物医学的角度来研究癫痫，现在有越来越多的国内外神经科专家开始重视对癫痫儿童的认知、精神、社会适应性等方面功能的研究。这些功能异常，严重影响了癫痫儿童的社会功能。癫痫对儿童认知功能的影响除症状性癫痫的原发脑损害以外，其他影响因素也逐步得到研究证实，在癫痫的治疗和长期随访过程中，这些因素应予以足够重视。
