少突胶质在实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎损伤修复中的作用

摘要 少突胶质是中枢神经系统的髓鞘形成细胞,并可以分泌神经营养因子、生长因子和轴突生长抑制因子,在生理和病理状态下发挥重要作用。实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎是中枢神经系统白质内的脱髓鞘性疾病,少突胶质的损伤与丢失是其关键环节,而在髓鞘再生时发挥作用的细胞是少突胶质前体,但再生后的髓鞘不完全且存在时间短,从未达到正常的厚度,而且轴突与髓鞘厚度的关系不再出现,再生的髓鞘不能发挥正常功能,髓鞘修复失败。导致髓鞘修复失败原因很多,现仍未完全明确,仍需进一步深入研究。
