依赖性受体在肿瘤形成中的作用
Function of dependence receptor on tumorigenesis
摘要
依赖性受体在肿瘤发生发展中的作用越来越受到关注，它依赖于其特异性配体的存在与否，分别激活存活或死亡两个截然相反的信号传导途径，指引细胞增殖或凋亡，从而导致肿瘤的形成或消退，因而又将编码依赖性受体的基因称为条件性肿瘤抑制基因，在无配体分泌区诱导细胞凋亡，遏制肿瘤的发生发展。该文对近年来依赖性受体的研究及与肿瘤发生的研究新进展作以总结，为进一步揭示依赖性受体在肿瘤发生发展中的作用及肿瘤基因治疗的靶基因选择提供分子生物学依据。
