Development of the Pre-warning Device for Preventing the Injury of Railway Rolling Stock ——Preliminary Probe into the Technique of Monitoring and Controlling the Risk Sources in Enterprises

针对铁路运输机车车辆伤害是惯性伤害之首的情况，提出研制防止机车车辆伤害的安全预警装置，以遏制伤害事故，并对其开发和应用进行初步分析。开展安全预警装置研究，推广运用危险源监控技术，对于防止机车车辆伤害。

In respect of the injury of rolling stock occupies the first place in the inertial injuries, there is a demand to develop a kind of pre-warning device to prevent this injury and control the accidents. A preliminary analysis is made for its development and application. In order to prevent the injury and ensure employees' personal safety and the state's property, it is of great significance to develop the pre-warning device and to spread the technique of monitoring and controlling the risk sources in enterprises.
