六磨汤在麻醉性肠麻痹中的应用

摘要 目的观察六磨汤对麻醉性肠麻痹的治疗作用。方法将69例腹部手术患者,随机分成两组,六磨汤组36例,病人返回病房后即口服六磨汤。对照组33例,术后给予常规治疗,对比观察术后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排气排便时间。结果六磨汤组肠功能恢复方面与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(P〈0.01)。结论六磨汤治疗麻醉性肠麻痹是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of liumo decoction on anesthetic enteroplegia. Methods Sixty - nine cases following abdominimal surgery were selected and divided into two groups randomly. 36 cases were treated with Liumo decoction in treatment group. In the conrtol group, thirty - three cases were treated with routine method. The recovery time of gurgling sound, time of anus exhaust were compared between two groups. Results Enteric Function recovered was significantly different between Liumo decoction group and the control group ( P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion Use of Liumo decoction was a secure, effective therapetic method on anesthetic enteroplegia.
