临床不合理用药处方分析

目的了解我院不合理用药处方的情况，提高药师指导医生和病人合理用药的能力。方法随机抽取门诊及病房处方16780张，从中挑选出不合理用药处方进行归类分析。结果不合理用药处方498张，不合格率为2，96％。不合理用药发生频率较高的是药物配方不合理、药物用法不合理及选药不合理等。结论我院存在一定程度的不合理用药现象，主要是由临床医生的专业知识缺陷引起的，药师应具备药学综合性知识，加强用药指导。随着医药科技的迅速发展，用于临床的各类药物日益增多，合理地使用药物越来越受到人们的关注。不合理用药，既影响了药物疗效又使不良反应增加，甚至可危及患者生命安全。笔者现就我院处方用药情况进行调查分析，目的在于为临床合理用药提供参考。

With the rapid development of medical technology, the types of drugs used in clinical growing, the more rationsl use of the drug by people＇s concern. Unreasonable medication, not only affects the more rationsl use of the drug by people＇s concern.
