乳腺癌的高频彩色多普勒超声特点及临床意义

High frequency color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of mammary cancer：characteristics and clinical value

目的探讨乳腺癌的高频彩色多普勒超声特点及临床意义。方法168例被手术、病理证实的乳腺癌，术前均经超声检查，对其二维声像图进行回顾性分析。结果高频超声对乳腺癌诊断符合率为98．8％。乳腺癌的高频声像图特征有肿块形态不规则、毛刺状边缘、微钙化灶、纵横比大于1、局部浸润、同侧腋窝淋巴结转移以及阻力指数大于0．70等。结论高频超声对乳腺癌的诊断具有较大的临床价值。

Objective To research the high - frequency color Doppler uhrasonography characteristics of mammary cancer and it＇s clinical value. Methods 168 eases of mammary cancer proven by pathologic diagnosis were examined by ultrasound before surgery. The data of 2D ultrasonography were analyzed retrospectively. Results The coincidence rate of high frequency uhrasonography to mammary cancer was 98.8%. We found some ultmsonography characteristics of mammary cancer such as irregular edge, spiny edge, microcalcification, the ratio of vertical and transverse diameter being bigger than 1, local infiltration, axillary lymph node metastasis, resistive index （RI） being bigger than 0.70. Conclusions High frequency uhrasonography has the significant value in the diagnosis of mammary cancer.
