电脑绣花机辅助操作功能的设计

Development of the Operating System of Automatic Embroidery

通过对缩短辅助工作时间来提高电脑绣花生产率的理论和方法的探讨，提出MEC－108型电脑绣花机控制器绣花辅助操作功能的设计。介绍了电脑绣花机控制器的自动换色选针、自动剪线、自前返回、自动反复绣和多种进退针等功能的实现。结果表明，缩短辅助工作时间是提高绣花生产车的一个有效途径。

Studies on the theory and method for increasing the productivity of automatic embroidery by decreasing the aided operation time; introduce the automatic functions of selectingneedle, trimming thread, returning to original position, repeating embroidery, and movingtaboret forward or backward to given position, with MEC-108 controller of multi-head automatic embroidery machine.
