对重庆市突发事件应急信息决策支持系统建设的分析与思考

Research on Emergency Information Decision Support System of Unexpected Events in Chongqing

随着经济发展和城市化进程的加快,公共安全危害日趋严重,全面提高公共安全水平已成为保障社会稳定和国家安全、建设小康社会所亟待解决的重大战略问题。为此,结合重庆市应急体系建设实际,提出了突发事件应急信息决策支持系统的建设目标、基本模式和建设方案,并给出了系统实施的保障措施。

With the economic development and the accelerated process of urbanization, the danger of public safety is becoming increasingly serious. Hence, comprehensively improving the public security level has become the major strategic issue for protecting social stability and national security as well as building a well off society. According to the emergency system of Chongqing Municipality, the goal, basic model and blue print of Emergency Information Decision Support System are presented, and the virtual measures of implementation are given.
