摘要
选择醋酸和醋酸钠在醇溶剂条件下，合成了双乙酸钠。以此为基础研究出一种复合防霉剂，并与丙酸钠为对照进行饲料防霉试验。
Sodium diacetate is produced by the synthesis of acetic acid and sodium acetate on the alcohol solvent condition. On the basis of this ,the author has developed a kind of composite mildew preventive and achieved a satisfactory result through the mould proof test of feeds in contrast with sodium propionate.
