摘要 气相色谱法测定有机氯、有机磷农药残留已被广泛应用。用一根色谱柱同时分离测定常见的、易引起中毒的农药:敌敌畏、甲胺磷、对硫磷、乐果和马拉硫磷5种有机磷成分,并针对有机氯农药残留量检出结果的数据处理提出了看法。 Gas chromatography method is widely used to determine the residues of the pesticides organochlorine and organophosphorus. In this paper, experiments have been done with one chromatographic colomn and a satisfactory result has been achieved to determine the composition of the five pesficides which easily cause poisoning—dichlorves, parathion, methamidophos. dimethoate and malathion. Ideas have also been expressed about the data treatment based on the defermination of the quantity of organochlorine residues.
