摘要
研究了反应烧结碳化硅水基凝胶注模成形中炭黑对碳化硅/炭黑浆料及坯体性能的影响。研究了炭黑含量对浆料粘度以及固化时间的影响。随着炭黑含量的增加,成形坯体的线型收缩先减小后增大,坯体的强度则逐渐降低。显微结构分析表明炭黑和碳化硅颗粒通过三维网络结构形成均匀致密的坯体。
The paper discussed the effect of carbon black on SiC/carbon black slurry and the green body by aqueous gel casting for reaction-bonded silicon carbide.The influence of carbon black on the slurry viscosity and gelation time was studied.The linear shrinkage of green bodies showed an increase firstly but decreased with further increase in the carbon black content.And the green strength decreased with the increasing of carbon content.SEM photographs show that the SiC and C particles in green body were compact closely by the connection of polymer network.
