摘要
本文报导了利用激光感生荧光技术研究蓝绿粉材料2(Sr_(1-x)Eu_x)0·(1-n)P_2O_5·nB_2O_3,在不同掺杂浓度x、结合基浓度n的情况下,其发光寿命及发光光谱的变化情况。研究范围在0.001≤x≤0.100,0.01≤n≤0.90。另外,还研究了蓝绿粉在不同温度(室温~400℃)时的发光特性。为配制最佳组份的蓝绿粉提供了实验依据。
The blue-green emitting phosphor 2 (Sr1-xEux) 0 (1-n) P2O5n B2O3 was studied with laser-induced-fluorescence technique. Its luminescence lifetime and emission spectrum change with x and n are reported. The ranges for x and n are 0.001<x<0.1000 and 0.01<n<90 respectively,The luminescence properties of the phosphor as a function of temperature (room temperature to 400℃) are also reported. It provides an experimental basis for making up the most efficient phosphor.
