石榴叶茶与绿茶在抗氧化活性方面的比较研究 被引量:9

摘要 采用DPPH法、ABTS法两种自由基清除方法,研究了石榴叶茶和绿茶甲醇提取物的抗氧化活性,并测定了两者的茶多酚含量;结果表明榴叶茶的抗氧化活性显著高于绿茶,榴叶茶的茶多酚含量也明显高于绿茶,并且茶多酚的含量与抗氧化力之间具有显著的相关性。石榴叶是一种提取茶多酚的很好原料。 In this paper, antioxidant activities of pomegranate leaf tea and green tea were compared using two methods, one that determines the capacity of scavenging DPPH free radical, and another that evaluates the scavenging of the radical cation of 2,2'- azinobis( 3 - ethyl - benzothiazoline - 6 - sulphonate) (ABTS) relative to Trolox C, a water - soluble Vitamin E analogue. And the contents of tea polyphenols were determined. The result indicated that the antioxidant activity of pomegranate leaf tea is stronger than green tea obviously. The content of tea polyphenols of pomegranate leaf is higher than green tea clearly. And there is a remarkable correlation between the tea polyphenols and antioxidant capacity. Pomegranate leaf is a good kind of stuff to extract tea polyphenols.
