In order to adapt the development of fishery and the application, protection and multiplieation of fishery resources, the management of fishery administration must insist on the guidelines which it includes i greatly developing fishery by law, strengthening management, justice and to be strict, and serving for fishery. Strengthening monitor and management of fishery administration, making great efforts to develop environmental control of fishery, effectively promoting continuable, stable and healthy development of fishery production.
