摘要
科学研究、人才培养和学术交流是国家重点实验室的主体任务,良好的管理服务是实现实验室目标的根本途径。结合农业微生物学国家重点实验室的运作实践情况,提出构建国家重点实验室的管理服务体系的一些认识和思考。
Scientific research, talents cultivation and academic communication are main task for state key laboratory, Effective management and service are fundamental way to realize the aim of a laboratory. In this paper, Combined with practical conditions in state key laboratoryof agricultural microbiology, putted forward some cognition and thought on the construction ofmanagement and service system of state key laboratory.
