摘要
高职院校的班主任工作是高职教育的重要组成部分。由于客观因素和主观因素的影响,高职院校班主任的工作效果欠佳。主要分析了班主任工作的内容,进行了分类整理并进一步讨论了各内容之间的相互关系和影响,最后提出了工作思路。
The work of class adviser in higher vocational colleges is an important part of higher professional education. Because of the influence of subjective and objective factors, the effect of class advisers＇work wasn＇t good in higher vocational colleges. The paper mainly analysed the content of class advisers＇work, classified it, and further discussed the relationship and effect of all contents, finally puted forwards work thinking.
