CXCR4在食管鳞形细胞癌中的表达及临床意义 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨食管癌中趋化因子受体CXCR4的表达和患者临床病理特征、预后的关系。方法收集2005年1月至3月在我院胸外科行手术治疗的57例食管鳞形细胞癌患者病史及随访资料。利用免疫组化技术检测食管癌组织中CXCR4的表达,根据染色面积和染色强弱判断CXCR4的表达水平。结果CXCR4表达阳性率为73.7%。单因素分析显示,CXCR4的表达与肿瘤细胞分化、大小、浸润深度、淋巴结转移以及TNM分期具有相关性(P<0.05)。多因素分析显示肿瘤分期和分化是食管癌复发、转移以及生存的独立危险因素;但是CXCR4的表达与2年内肿瘤复发、转移和生存无关。结论CXCR4表达和食管癌的临床病理特征有明显相关性,推测CXCR4在食管癌发展过程中起到非常重要的作用。 Objective To investigate the expression of CXCR4 in esophageal cancer and its association with patients' clinicopathological features and prognosis.Methods The clinical data of 57 thoracic surgery treated patients in our hospital from January to March in 2005 were reviewed.The follow-up data were also obtained.The CXCR4 expression in esophageal cancer tissues was detected with immunohistochemical technique.The immunostaining was evaluated according to the staining area and intensity.Results The overall expression rate of CXCR4 was 73.7%.In univariable analysis,CXCR4 espression was significantly associated with tumor grade,size,tumor depth,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage(P〈0.05).In multivariable analysis,TNM stage and tumor grade were the independent risk facors of the recurrence,metastasis and survival in 2 years(P〈0.05,OR〉1).However,the CXCR4 expression,age,gender or chemotherapy were not associated with patients' prognosis.Conclusions There was significant association between CXCR4 expression and clinicopathological features of esophageal cancer.It is suggested that CXCR4 plays an important role during the progression of this disease.
