摘要
乳腺分叶状肉瘤是一种特殊类型的乳腺肿瘤,由上皮和间质成分构成。组织学上可分为良性、交界性和恶性三类。如何提高术前诊断的正确性、如何选取最合适的手术方式、术后辅助治疗是否有价值以及预后评价指标的选择仍存在争议。本文回顾近几年国内外相关研究,对其进行综述。
Phyllodes tumor（PT）of breast is a special kind of breast tumor,composed of both epithelial and mesenchymal components.In histology,it is divided into three types,benign,borderline and malignant PT.How to improve the preoperative diagnosis,how to choose the most proper surgery way,whether the adjuvant therapy is effective,and what are the prognosis factors remain some disagreements.This article summarizes the studies on PT and makes an overview of it.
