摘要
采用有限元法计算分析了定子偏心与转子偏心对无刷直流电动机的气隙磁场、定位力矩及单向磁拉力的影响。计算结果表明,定子偏心将引起磁极及其倍数次的定位力矩和恒定的单向磁拉力,转子偏心将引起齿槽及其倍数次的定位力矩和旋转的单向磁拉力。
The effects of stator and rotor eccentricity on the magnetic field distributions, cogging torque and unbalanced force were calculated in this paper by using finite element method ( FEM). Computed results showed that the stator eccentricity induced static unbalanced force and the cogging torques which appeared as multiples of the number of magnetic poles,while rotating unbalanced force and cogging torques appeared as multiples of stator slots in the case of rotor eccentricity.
