摘要 综述了Cu-Cr合金制备技术的研究现状和最新进展。主要内容包括:Cu-Cr合金的特点;Cu-Cr合金制备工艺的优缺点及研究现状,如熔渗法、混粉烧结法、机械合金化法、真空电弧熔炼法、真空感应熔炼法、定向凝固法、电渣坩埚熔炼法、激光表面合金化法、自蔓延熔铸法和快速凝固法等;最新发展起来的电磁悬浮熔炼法和悬淬法等制备Cu-Cr合金的特点。在综述的基础上,简要讨论了Cu-Cr合金未来的发展动向。 The current research status and recent development of the manufacture processing of Cu-Cr alloy are reviewed in this paper. The review includes the properties of Cu-Cr alloys, the advantages and disadvantages of manufacture processing of Cu-Cr alloys, such as molten infiltrating, powder sintering, arc melting, mechanical alloying, vacuum inductive melting, directional solidification, electroslag crucible melting, laser surface alloying, self propagating high temperature synthesis melting and rapid solidification et al,and the new developing manufacture processing of forming Cu-Cr alloy by electromagnetic levitation and splat-quenching. Moreover, the trend of development of Cu-Cr alloy is pointed out as well.
