摘要
纳米金属材料在新材料研究领域中有着广泛的应用。计算机模拟理论处理方法和计算能力的不断发展,使得纳米金属材料结构、性能及内在机制的计算机模拟研究将成为纳米材料研究领域最为基础、最为前沿的课题。综述了计算机模拟在纳米金属材料微观结构、性能及内在机制方面的研究进展。
Nanometallic materials are widely used in the study field of new material. The oxidation of metallic na noparticles has been studied deeply and computer simulation is a useful method in the studies. With the development of theoretical processing method and calculation ability, the computer simulation of microstructure, properties and mechanism of nanometallic materials becomes one of the most fundamental and advanced studies on nanosized materials. The present paper reviews the computer simulation studies in the last 20 years on the microstructure, properties and mechanism of nanometallic materials.
