某设备在典型电磁脉冲环境下耦合效应的仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 利用电磁仿真软件FEKO建立了典型高空核电磁脉冲环境和设备模型,研究了某型电子设备的电磁耦合规律.研究表明:设定的高空核电磁脉冲场环境基本满足实验设备的尺寸要求,为今后的仿真实验提供了参考;同型窗口耦合具有同一性;内部表面对耦合场具有反射增强作用;内部设备使得底部开口附近的耦合场非对称化;(y=0.5,z=1.1)与(y=-0.5,z=1.1)对应图形所存在的差异与右侧观察窗和后门窗口的位置密切相关;对称窗口的耦合场非对称分布和内部耦合场的强度明显增强(160 MHz除外),其具体原因是内部设备壳体对耦合电磁场的反射增强作用和内部空腔区域的变化造成了谐振频率的变化. To study the electromagnetic coupling law of one electronic equipment, electromagnetic simulation software FEKO was used to set up the equipment model and typical High Electromagnetic Pulse environment. The obtained results indicated: HEMP environment established met the experimental facilities' request, offered reference for emulation experiment;the coupling of alike windows had the same character;the coupling field was affected by the inner surface and strengthened; the inside equipment made the coupling field nearby the bottom apertures asymmetrical; the curves on (y = 0.5, z = 1.1) and (y = - 0.5, z = 1.1) presented differences, which was related to right viewing window and windows in the back door;coupling of the symmetrical windows was asymmetrical and the field intensity within the equipment increased (except 160 MHz), whose reason was the reflection enhancement of the electromagnetic field by inner equipment and the change of resonance frequency.
