代谢组学在器官移植中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目前器官移植已成为治疗许多终末期器官功能衰竭的惟一有效手段,但移植后急慢性排斥反应和慢性失功仍然是影响预后的主要原因。传统移植排斥监测方法只是反映移植后一系列生理病理改变的最终结果,而对其早期事件的发现不够敏感。病理学检查也非早期诊断手段,而且具有创伤性。众所周知,从免疫排斥的启动到临床症状的出现,其间经历了器官结构、功能以及代谢的各种改变,能否通过监测这些改变从而在临床症状出现前(即亚临床期或称早早期)预测排斥反应及移植物功能,并进行及时干预是移植界一直想要解决的问题。近年来代谢组学的出现为这一研究领域开拓了更宽广的思维空间。
