摘要
班级管理中经常出现破窗理论中的"破窗"现象,班主任老师要及时的修复这些漏洞,就必须制定符合实际的切实可行的班级管理规章制度,对"打碎玻璃"的行为的处理要及时,注重处理结果对其他学生正面的影响作用。
There exist eases of "broken windows" as mentioned in the "broken window theory" in the manage- ment of a class at school. To have such broken windows repaired in time, the teacher in overall charge of the class should lay down rules for the management of the class, deal with the breaking-window behavior in time to make it a positive influence on other students.
