摘要
通过对1台国产300MW汽轮发电机组轴系稳定性分析和轴承不同载荷下的工作状况,以及机组失稳转速的计算与比较,分析轴系稳定性与单转子临界转速的变化关系。结果表明,在失稳边缘的轴系,必须隔离外界因素的影响,才能保证轴系稳定性。
Through analysis of shafting stability for a 300 MW turbo- generator set made in home, and working condition of its bearings und different loads, as well as through calculation and comparison of unit's revolution speed under off- stabilization, the changing relationship between shafting stability and critical speed of each rotor has been analysed. Results show that the shafting stability can be ensured only when the influence of external factors has to be isolated, and especially for shafting at the verge of off- stabilization.
