摘要 三菱公司M701F燃气蒸汽联合循环机组配套的余热锅炉中压汽包容量小,在燃气轮机变工况运行时,中压汽包水位易产生较大的波动。依据旁路阀的控制逻辑,结合机组调试运行中的实际情况,分析了在燃气轮机变工况运行时中压汽包水位波动的原因,并提出了解决措施。 The capacity of IP drum for a heat recovery boiler equiped in coordination with M70E gas and steam combined cycle made-by Mitsubishi Corporation is small, the water - level in IP drum is easily to produce comparatively large fluctuation when the gas turbine runs in off - design condition. Based on control logic of the by - pass valve, and combined with practical situation in debugging operation of the unit, the causes resulting in water - level fluctuation in IP drum when the gas turbine runs in off - design condition have been analysed, and solving measures being put forward.
