摘要
2006年11月,莱城发电厂4×300MW机组循环水泵自高速切换低速运行后,经对比发现1号机组凝汽器真空偏低约1.5kPa,凝汽器循环水进水温度高4℃~5℃,导致机组煤耗率增加约3.11g/(kw·h),经济性显著降低。经过原因分析及处理,消除了真空下降后,提高了1号机组运行的经济性。
After switching over the circulating - water pump of 4 × 300 MW units in Laicheng Power Plant from high speed to low speed operation in November, 2006, it had been discovered from comparison that the condenser's vacuum of unit no. 1 was somewhat lower than about 1.5 kPa, the inlet water temperature of the circulating - water pump was 4℃-5℃ higher, leading to the coal consumption ratio of said unit being increased by about 3. 18 g/(kW · h), the economic efficiency being obviously lowered. Through cause analysis and remedy, the economic efficiency in operation of unit no. 1 has been improved after eliminating the vacuum drop.
