摘要
高等教育资源本身是社会总资源中的一种,而其也是需要资源的,同时具有稀缺性和无限需求性,其配置包括外部配置和内部配置。
Higher education resource is one of the social resources and it also needs resources. On the one hand, higher education resource is scarce. On the other hand, it is in unlimited need. Resource allocation includes external and internal allocations.
