论公共危机管理中的公共危机教育

Discussion on Public Crisis Education in Public Crisis Management

公共危机教育是公共危机管理的基础,也是战胜危机的必要条件之一。但是我国的公共危机教育严重缺失,几乎处于空白状态,已经成为公共危机管理中最薄弱的环节之一。需深刻认识公共危机管理与公共危机教育的内在逻辑,分析我国公共危机教育方面存在的主要问题,建立并完善科学、合理的公共危机教育体系,采取有效措施加强公共危机教育。

Education in public crisis is the foundation for the management of public crisis. It is also one of the essential conditions for overcoming crises. However there is a serious lack of or a gap in public crisis education in our country. It has become one of the weakest links in the public crisis management. We should define the logical relations between public crisis regulation and public crisis education, analyze the main problems existing in public crisis education, establish and perfect a scientific and reasonable system and use effective measures to strengthen the education in public crisis.
