摘要
270L橡胶密炼机TB转子(同步转子)工作环境恶劣,受力复杂,经常发生断裂。通过测定MZ-1材料的疲劳寿命极限,利用CAE软件对转子进行静强度和疲劳寿命分析,找出转子断裂的部位和断裂的原因,通过改变转子结构(如壁厚、圆角等参数),改善转子的应力应变,提高转子的静强度和疲劳强度。本文使用ANSYS软件和FE-SAFE高级疲劳分析软件,对TB转子进行了相同工况、结构修改前后的两种情况进行对比分析,定量计算出了两种不同结构转子的疲劳寿命,供设计人员参考。
The TB rotor (Synchronous rotor) of 270 L rubber mixer is often broken in the poor working environment and unable force. Through measuring the limit fatigue life of MZ-1 material, the analysis of rotor strength and fatigue life have been made by using CAE software to identify the rotor rupture location and fault caused. By changing rotor's structure (such as thickness, fillet and other parameters) to improve the strain of rotor stress, and increase the static strength and fatigue strength, In this paper, using ANSYS software and FE-SAFE high fatigue analysis software to analyze the two cases of the TB rotor under the same working conditions comparatively and structure changes, and quantitatively calculated two different structure of the rotor fatigue life for the reference designer.
