摘要
新研制了巨型子午胎一段成型机。其控制系统硬件主要包括PLC、上位机、变频器、远程I/O工作站四大部分。文中对各部分的主要功能作了介绍。因PLC选用的是Rockwell公司的SLC500系统,所以软件选用RslogiX500专用编程软件。软件分为主程序和9个子程序,并分别介绍了各程序段的功能。现该机已进入试生产阶段。
Newly developed one-step building machine for huge radial tire. Its control system hardware includes four parts： PLC, upper computer, transducer, remote I /O workstation. In this paper, the main function of the various parts is introduced. RslogiX500 special programming software is selected, due to PLC using Rockwell＇s SLC500 system. The main program is divided into host program and nine subroutines and separately introduced each function. Now the machine has entered the test production stage.
