摘要
局部干式焊接是海洋石油、核电等行业水下结构物维修的主要方法之一,其发展趋势是远程控制自动化作业。在创新的核电厂维修水下焊接试验装置的研发基础上,集成弧焊质量分析仪,建立了水下局部干式GMAW焊接计算机辅助焊接质量保证系统。系统对5 m水深304不锈钢脉冲MIG焊接电流和电弧电压波形进行采集和统计分析,获得了外观良好的焊缝。实验结果表明:水下焊接试验装置可以用来模拟30 m以内水深核电厂的远程控制维修,质量保证系统可以成功地用于水下焊接过程监控。
Local dry welding is one of the several techniques used in underwater structure repair, the most important developing direction of which is remotely controlled operation. Based on the innovative underwater welding test system used in nuclear plant repair, and with the integration of the arc welding processes analyse device, the computer-aided quality assurance system of un- derwater local dry GMAW is established. Welding test in 5 meters water depth indicates that not only waves of arc voltage and welding current are stable, but also qualified seam is produced. Test results indicate that the underwater welding test system can be used to simulate remotely controlled repair operation in nuclear power plant within 30 meters water depth, and the comput- er-aided quality assurance system can be successfully applied in monitoring underwater welding process
